How much does a Matterport virtual tour cost?
Our prices start at €250 excl. VAT for a 3D Matterport virtual tour. The price varies based on surface area and number of rooms. We provide a free tailored quote for every project.
How long does a Matterport scan take?
A Matterport scan takes on average 1 to 2 hours on-site, depending on property size. A 3-room flat is scanned in roughly 1 hour. Cloud processing then takes 24 to 48h before your tour is delivered.
Do I need to prepare the property before the scan?
We recommend tidying and cleaning the property before our visit for the best result. A well-prepared property produces a far more attractive virtual tour. We can provide a preparation checklist.
On what devices can the 3D tour be viewed?
The Matterport tour works on every device: desktop, smartphone, tablet, and even VR headsets. No app needed — a web browser is enough.
What's the difference between a 360° tour and Matterport?
A classic 360° tour is made of linked panoramic photos. Matterport goes much further: it's a true 3D digital twin that lets you move freely through the space, measure distances, generate 2D floor plans and navigate in 3D like a video game.
Do you work anywhere in France?
Yes, we work all over France. Depending on distance, travel fees may apply — contact us to discuss conditions tailored to your project.
How do I embed the virtual tour on my website?
Very simple: we provide a Matterport link and an embed code (iframe) you can paste on your site, listing page or social media. Works with every CMS (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
Do drone shots require authorisation?
Yes. Our pilot is DGAC-certified (French civil aviation authority) and declares every flight per regulations. We handle all authorisations — nothing for you to do.
What is the delivery time?
In general, count on 48h for a standalone Matterport tour, and 72h for a full bundle (Matterport + drone + photos). In case of urgency, we can offer express delivery within 24h (surcharge applies).
Do you offer pricing for real estate agencies?
Yes, we offer preferential rates for agencies and regular partners. Contact us to discuss a framework agreement adapted to your property volume. The more you order, the lower the unit rate.
